Description
New Roots Herbal is a leading national manufacturer and distributor of high-quality natural health products based near Montreal (Vaudreuil-Dorion). New Roots Herbal is booming which is why we are currently looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our manufacturing team.

Tasks & Responsibilities
- Prepare, adjust, and operate manufacturing equipment
- Inspect caps
- Assemble and disassemble certain machine parts
- Read and complete various documents
- Follow quality and good manufacturing practices (GMP) procedures
- Train new employees
- Clean parts and equipment, and perform any other tasks related to manufacturing or production
Skills & Competencies
- Be meticulous, patient, and precise
- Have an eye for detail
- Ability to lift and move loads between 10 and 25 kg (25 and 50 lbs)
- Read and write French
- Ability to work alone
- Previous experience as a manufacturing operator
- Ability to work at a fast pace in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of mechanics or machinery (an asset)
Education & Experience
· High school diploma:
· We offer on-the-job training.
Work Schedule
*Day shift - Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:00 pm
*Evening - Monday to Friday from 2:30pm to 10:30pm
*Daytime training: 7:00am to 3:00pm
* 40 hours / week
* Full time permanent position
